Submission Deadline - 13 December 2025

Full Paper: 3000-5000 words, 20 images maximum

Exhibit Report: Overview of practice-based work, 1500-3000 words, 10 images maximum

Poster: A1 (84.1cm x 59.4 cm), landscape page orientation, PDF format (maximum 200MB); sufficient resolution (i.e. 300dpi) to be enlarged and viewed on digital devices; on the poster include title, author(s) and affiliations(s), text and images
